Irma van der Caaij

Together with boyfriend Elio and sons Loek and Arie, Irma lives at what she describes as the most beautiful canal in Rotterdam: the Statensingel. Her business card shows the function of ‘Project coordinator’. She like the variety of the job. From sparring with the architect to making people happy with their dream home. After work, she likes socialising with friends, taking sips and bites at terraces, and camping. And though she suffers a tiny bit from fear of flying, that cannot hold her back from travelling far every now and then.

Irma’s favourites:

There’s no place like Rotterdam, according to Irma. Her favourite restaurant is Spirit at the Groene Passage, and the dishes created by prime chef Mario should be tried by everyone, she says. Irma also has a great time having a drink out in the open at Fenix Loodsen or Hotel New York in summer, and having lunch at Ilse and Phuong at the Breakfast Club.
